Being involved with the community is important to us at Welsh's, and we are happy to learn how we can help your organization. This year we are looking at expanding our level of community involvement to an even higher level.

In order to consider a sponsorship, we ask that you send us your sponsorship request in an easy straight forward proposal.

Please email your sponsorship proposal to us as one of the following options:

• attached as a Microsft Word® document
• attached as an Adobe Acrobat PDF file
• directly in your email

Remember to include:

• your name, and organization
• your contact information
• sponsorship options and what they include
• a brief description about your organization and event
• when the event will be taking place
• a deadline/closing date for sponsorship involvement
